Ingredients
  

  • For the Oats:
  • 40 g oats
  • 75 ml almond milk or milk of choice
  • For the Caramel Layer:
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup sugar-free if preferred
  • 2 tsp milk
  • 15 g smooth peanut butter
  • For the Chocolate Shell:
  • 20 g dark chocolate or chocolate chips
  • 5 g coconut oil
  • 20 g Greek yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Prepare the Oats.
  • Combine the oats and almond milk in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave for 1 minute. Let the oats cool slightly before layering.
  • Step 2: Make the Caramel Layer.
  • Mix the golden syrup, milk, and peanut butter in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Step 3: Layer the Ingredients.
  • In your jar or glass, layer the prepared oats at the bottom, then spread the caramel mixture evenly on top.
  • Step 4: Prepare the Chocolate Shell.
  • In another small bowl, microwave the dark chocolate and coconut oil for 30 seconds or until melted. Stir to combine and let it cool slightly. Once cooled, mix in the Greek yogurt until smooth. Pour this chocolate mixture over the oats and caramel layer, ensuring an even coating.
  • Step 5: Set Overnight.
  • Cover the jar or glass and refrigerate overnight to allow the layers to set.
  • Step 6: Enjoy!

Notes

  • Let the Chocolate Cool: Make sure the melted chocolate isn’t too hot before mixing with yogurt to avoid curdling.
