Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Frying pan
  • Baking dish
  • Wooden spoon or spatula
  • Knife and cutting board

Ingredients

  • For the Chicken:
  • 450 g diced chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • For the Sauce:
  • 60 g sriracha mayo
  • 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 20 g sriracha
  • 60 g Philadelphia lightest cream cheese
  • For the Garlic Butter:
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic granules
  • 1 tablespoon garlic paste
  • To Serve/Toppings:
  • 6 bread rolls
  • Mozzarella slices

Instructions

  • First, I cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl. I add the paprika, garlic granules, and dried parsley to the chicken and mix everything well so that each piece is coated in the seasoning. Next, I heat a frying pan and fry the seasoned chicken until it’s cooked through and golden brown.
  • While the chicken is cooking, I prepare the sauce. In another bowl, I combine the sriracha mayo, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and Philadelphia cream cheese. Once the chicken is done, I stir it into the sauce, making sure each piece is covered.
  • Now it’s time to assemble the sliders! I layer the bottom of a baking dish with the bread rolls, then top them with mozzarella slices. After that, I spoon the chicken mixture over the cheese, adding a sprinkle of grated mozzarella on top. I place the tops of the bread rolls back on and prepare the garlic butter.
  • For the garlic butter, I melt the butter and mix in the parsley, garlic granules, and garlic paste. I lather this mixture over the tops of the rolls before popping the dish in the oven. I cover it with foil for about 5 minutes to help the cheese melt, then I remove the foil and let it bake for another 3-5 minutes until the cheese is gooey and bubbly.

Notes

When frying the chicken, make sure it’s cooked all the way through before mixing it with the sauce. Also, be careful when adding the garlic butter on top of the rolls; too much can make them overly greasy.
