Equipment

  • Bowl or Tupperware with a lid
  • Spoon or fork (for mashing)
  • Small knife (for slicing banana)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Weetabix biscuits
  • 75 ml milk
  • 1 pot of protein yogurt I use Lindahls
  • 40 g banana sliced
  • 1 tsp melted Biscoff spread
  • 1 Biscoff biscuit crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Mash the Base. Add the Weetabix, milk, and protein yogurt to a bowl or Tupperware. Mash everything together with a spoon until it’s fully combined and smooth.
  • Step 2: Add the Banana. Slice the banana into thin pieces and layer them on top of the mashed Weetabix mixture.
  • Step 3: Top with Yogurt. Mix your protein yogurt with a few drops of vanilla essence if you like. Spread the yogurt evenly over the banana layer.
  • Step 4: Drizzle and Finish. Drizzle the melted Biscoff spread over the top and crumble a Biscoff biscuit for an extra crunch.
  • Step 5: Chill Overnight. Cover the bowl or Tupperware with a lid and leave it in the fridge overnight. In the morning, grab your ready-made breakfast and enjoy!

Notes

  • Use Cold Milk: Make sure the milk is cold to help the mixture set properly overnight.
  • Don’t Skip the Cover: Covering the bowl keeps it fresh and prevents any fridge smells from getting into your Weetabix.
  • Melt the Biscoff Gently: Heat the Biscoff spread for a few seconds in the microwave or over low heat—don’t let it burn!
